Care home rated inadequate after inspectors raise concerns over safety

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) said "considerable work" would be needed to improve issues identified at The Paddocks Care Home in Swaffham.

Bosses at the Cley Road home have apologised for letting down residents and their families, but said they were determined to make improvements.

The residential home has been in special measures since 2020, having been identified as needing to improve, and inspectors made new visits in August and September.

There were 51 people in the home, which cares for elderly people, including some with dementia.
