Norfolk Farm Leisure has revived proposals to redevelop Ashwicken Lake near King's Lynn.

It has applied to build lodges, treehouses, villas and apartments around its shoreline, along with a clubhouse building.

It says in a planning statement: "The Ashwicken Lake site presents a visually contained, physically resilient and environmentally unconstrained opportunity for a rural tourism development.
