Aspen Build East Anglia has withdrawn proposals for 48 new properties, including 10 affordable homes on land at Terrington St John, between King's Lynn and Wisbech.

Some locals had previously said the site off School Road was not suitable for development because it was marshy land, while the scheme would also worsen traffic problems.
