Silverley Properties has applied for outline permission to develop land next to Marham Cemetery, near King's Lynn.

Here the graves of UK, Canadian, New Zealand, Australian and German personnel are located.

It says in a planning statement the four-acre site, off The Street, has been allocated for housing and could accommodate 39 new units.
