Freebridge Community House has been given planning permission to redevelop Plaxtole House, near The Walks in King's Lynn.

Norfolk County Council's highways department originally warned the scheme would "generate additional traffic onto a substandard part of the existing highway network".

Plans for an access road were then amended to give drivers leaving the estate an improved view along Extons Road, before the proposals were given the go-ahead.
