Fenland Council has agreed plans to redevelop the property in Holmes Drive in Wisbech.

The complex, called the Staithe, provided "supported living" in 10 bedsits and four one-bedroom bungalows, before it closed last year and was sold at auction.

Now developer WICO 7 can revamp the 1980s property, with work........
