Bespoke Norfolk Group has been given planning permission to redevelop the former Valley Filling Station beside the A148 at Hillington, near King's Lynn, which closed in 2017.

It said the two-storey offices would include a working space area, meeting rooms, toilets and showers and a "wellness area" including a sauna.

A design statement added: "Currently the site is a derelict structure and an eyesore on the landscape."
