Norfolk man who lost home to erosion launches new legal fight
Kevin Jordan, whose property in Hemsby was demolished, is now going to the European Court of Human Rights over what he calls the government's lack of action over tackling erosion.
Great Yarmouth Borough Council knocked his home on the Marrams down in December 2023, fearing it posed a high risk of falling into the sea.
In the months that followed, Mr Jordan turned to activism to help protect others in similar circumstances.
