Man, 33, dies on first visit to family in four years
Joshua Shorting had been living in specialist facilities as he tried to overcome drug-induced mental health problems.
He told staff to "have faith" in him and to let him travel to stay with his family in Norfolk for a few days.
The staff phoned him every day to check on him, but on the fifth day a nurse at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital answered the phone and said he had suffered a suspected heart attack. An ambulance took him to hospital, where he died the following day, with the medical cause of death given as hypoxic brain........
