Hospital worker, 28, fell ill during shift and died hours after leaving A&E
Cameron Lamb, 28, was a few hours into a night shift at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn, when he told the shift supervisor he had taken a "funny turn" and needed to go home.
His senior colleague suggested that he go to the accident and emergency department for a check-up, and staff conducted tests on the healthcare assistant.
An inquest into his death heard Mr Lamb was treated with fluids and paracetamol and given antibiotics to take home and judged fit to go.
Shortly after, Mr Lamb was seen by his supervisor sitting and waiting for a taxi to collect him and drop him back to Willow Tree Close in Lynn.

She told him to rest up and to text her how he was feeling in the morning.
But at around half past one in the afternoon, on June 3, 2024, Mr Lamb was found dead on the sofa in his family home.
He was discovered there by the neighbours, who went in after his mother expressed concerns that she hadn't........
