Heartbroken woman watches on as personal items destroyed in devastating storage blaze
Louisa Parker was "devastated" when she arrived at the Britannia Alan Cook unit on the Pinbush Road in Lowestoft to see firefighters battling to extinguish the smouldering flames inside the building where she put her sentimental belongings.
The industrial premises went up in flames at around midnight.
At its height, there were ten fire engines fighting the blaze.
By 4.30am, crews had the worst of the flames under control, and six fire engines remained on site to battle the blaze, which has badly damaged the building.
Mrs Parker, who moved to Lowestoft from Norwich 25 years ago, said she and her husband had put sentimental items, such as family photos, paintings and models built by her late father, among many other items in there.........
