Care home report says residents 'didn't always' receive medicine on time
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has released a report of its examination of Claremont House Nursing Home in Caister, which concluded the facility "requires improvement".
However, the care home says since the inspection, which occurred six months ago, it has made "significant improvements" there.
The inspection states that the site has a "high turnover of management since our last inspection", which has meant "some systems and processes had not been consistently implemented". But, the CQC "found that people’s care plans were not always person-centred and consistent".
