'Harmful' plans to reduce tree height rejected as homeowner tries to sell property
Craig Witheridge has seen his application to Great Yarmouth Borough Council to chop three metres off the branches of the beech tree in the front garden of the bungalow in North Road in Hemsby rejected.
Planners stated that the plans to reduce the height of the tree would "cause critical harm", leaving it "unable to grow back".
