The first of two phases for a 1,530‑home development have been recommended for approval by officers at Broadland District Council (BDC).

Plans for 405 homes near the Northern Distributor Road (NDR) in Taverham, will be considered on Wednesday (May 20).

However, Taverham Parish Council fears there is a "lack of infrastructure" in the area as they brace for the Marriott's Park development.
