Fears new estate will have 'detrimental' effect as plans for 405 homes approved
People living in Taverham, on the outskirts of Norwich, are concerned the proposed Marriott’s Park estate – which will include 1,530 homes once completed – will mean surrounding roads will be overrun with traffic.
At a meeting on Wednesday (May 20), Broadland District Council (BDC) agreed on the first two phases for the development, where 405 homes are earmarked for construction.
