Several sites were found to have been damaged when visited by officers during an operation targeting anti-social behaviour at heritage sites.

Officers found evidence that vandals had tried to start a fire at Castle Acre Castle, and at Castle Acre Priory, the plastered walls were damaged and there was an attempt to set fire to a wooden door.
