The new Sainsbury's, which will take over the former Homebase site in Cromer's Holt Road is expected to create around 80 jobs in the seaside town.

New documents submitted to North Norfolk District Council regarding advertisement consent for a wide range of signage at the site have revealed that a new Argos branch is set to be located inside the supermarket.
