Muse Hair and Beauty Studio said farewell to its original spot on St Gregorys Alley and reopened just around the corner on St Benedicts Street last week.

(Image: Denise Bradley) Owner Elle Barrett, 28, first opened Muse in January 2020 with "two members of staff, a five-month-old baby, a hefty loan and a dream".

Since then, the salon has grown significantly, now hosting six hairdressers and a lash and brow technician, as well as welcoming thousands of clients.

Elle said the move was prompted by the team outgrowing their old space.
