New fitness event coming to Norwich airport hangar... with strict 'shirts-on' policy
Flatout is a timed fitness race being held in the Saxon Air hangar at Norwich Airport on May 10 and 11 this year.
The event will be similar to HYROX, a worldwide competition that involves a mix of running and functional workout stations.
But while HYROX has become synonymous with shirtless gym rats and semi-professional athletes showing off their ripped physiques, Flatout aims to be more inclusive – banning competitors from taking off their shirts.
