A Norfolk landlord has banned Labour MPs from drinking in his pub.

Phil Cutter, owner of the Murderers in Norwich, has taken the measure in response to the last month's budget, which he claimed had "taxed out" publicans.

He warned the measures introduced would see hundreds of landlords put out of business in the new year.
