Judith King was the female party of a couple observed engaging in a sex act outside St Peter’s Church in Brandon.

Scott Mackender, 59 and of Coronation Place, Brandon, has already appeared before the court after admitting committing an act “outraging public decency"  on November 20 last year.

A woman who worked at a primary school in Brandon was on her way home at around 3.30pm when she was noticed a group of children gathered outside St Peter’s Church........
