Over the weekend, Google announced that it would comply with Donald Trump’s executive order directing the official renaming of Lake Ontario to “Lake America,” at least for those using Google Maps in the United States. Apple hasn’t yet followed suit on its mapping software, but President Trump is apparently taking time out of his busy schedule of posting AI attacks on Iran to bully the world’s most valuable company into doing so.

Interior secretary Doug Burgum, who was tasked with overseeing the implementation of the name change, appeared on Fox Business’ Mornings With Maria on Monday, where he revealed that Trump had taken a personal interest in the matter.

“I know that the president reached out to Apple directly, so I’m sure that we may be seeing that change coming up soon to Lake America,” Burgum said.
