Fury as council freezes ticket prices for festival 'no doubt the tax payers will foot the bill'
CoventryLive readers are fuming as the Godiva Festival tickets are set to go on sale with a price freeze. The three-day extravaganza, taking place in July at Coventry's War Memorial Park, has been heralded by Cllr Abdul Salam Khan as 'one of the best value-for-money' events in the West Midlands.
Despite a loss incurred last year due to unfavourable weather and a drop in ticket sales, festival organisers have resolved to maintain prices at 2024 levels.
Party-goers can look forward to an 'incredible' line-up for three solid days as the beloved event makes its return to the War Memorial Park from Friday, July 4, to Sunday, July 6. Eager fans will be able to secure their spots from 9am on Monday, March 31.
