Readers of Coventry Live have been vocal about the recent scrapping of plans for a new cinema complex in Nuneaton's town centre. The local council, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, has withdrawn from the lease agreement for the cinema as part of the large-scale Grayson Place development in the Abbey Street vicinity.

The council had initially agreed in 2023 with Really Local Group (RLG) for the company to operate the cinema. However, the council has since decided to exit the agreement following a 'review of the current market and project........
