Violent Juveniles Slap Around Another Innocent Victim

He's yet another victim brutalized by politically enabled juvenile attackers. Perhaps the state Attorney-General's Office can step in to take over prosecution;

Attacking random tourists—and residents—is an ongoing violent treason in this city and elsewhere. I offer the latest exhibit:

I included this quote when I posted the above on social media: 'And nothing will happen to them if caught. Added insult to injury'.

Despite obvious severity, if juvenile assailants are caught they won't be adequately charged or if adequately charged, insufficiently tried in court by a 'non-prosecuting' district attorney.

The victim had teeth knocked out, among other injuries, during a severe group attack. In a city which took safety seriously, heaven and earth would be moved in response. I'm not saying local authorities don't have a sense of urgency. Actually, I am. Publicity is the only reason urgency exists regarding this case. I've found public scrutiny spurs faster results. Minus coverage, such assaults fade from official view.

Otherwise, they'll get another proverbial slap on the wrist allowing them to literally slap around more innocent people.
