A Community Responsibility Idea Some Will Say Is 'Anti White Cops'

We can prevail by taking command of policing in our community and send its present overseers packing;

Imagine if Derek Chauvin, incarcerated former Minneapolis police officer had been Black when George Floyd died under his knee in 2020?

Rewinding back to the 1991 Rodney King beating in California, picture ex-LAPD officers involved also being members of my community?

This doesn't sound like 'anti White cop' talk to me

Add any number of White officer-involved shootings from 2014's Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri and it begs the question: why not let Black areas be policed by Black police officers--period?

My premise is two-fold:

A. Denying unfounded allegations of racial profiling and police brutality by solely deploying Black officers and supervisors. Unless one opposes policing no matter who does it, this change alone would change........
