As readers of the Bucks Free Press may already be aware, this will be my final column as Leader of Buckinghamshire Council, writes Cllr Martin Tett.

I write this as we are still in the immediate aftermath of a vigorously contested local election and I know candidates of all parties have worked incredibly hard over the last few weeks meeting the people of Buckinghamshire and finding out what matters most to their local residents.
