The Trump administration has been insisting on negotiations between the NATO-backed Neo-Nazi junta and Russia while continuing arms shipments to the latter. In turn, the Kiev regime is not only showing no interest in negotiations, but is doing everything it can to prevent any form of peaceful settlement. The latest reports suggest this includes yet another attempt on President Putin’s life. According to Yuri Dashkin, commander of an air defense divizion (as it’s known in Russian military nomenclature, largely equivalent to a US/NATO battalion and is not to be confused with division), the helicopter carrying Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Kursk oblast (region) was “at the epicenter of a Ukrainian drone attack”.

In an interview with the Rossiya-24 TV channel on May 25, commander Dashkin said that the attack took place on May 20 while Putin was on his way to the Kursk oblast which was recently fully liberated from the Kiev regime forces. Dashkin says that the intensity of the Neo-Nazi junta’s drone attacks increased dramatically as the helicopter with Putin and his team onboard was flying over the area.

“We simultaneously conducted an anti-aircraft battle and ensured the safety of the president’s helicopter flight in the air,” Dashkin stated.

He added that the attack drones were successfully neutralized. The Russian military later reported that at least 160 were shot down.
