Trump lawyer drops bombshell announcement about LA riots and riot gear distribution

Los Angeles has been engulfed in unrest as anti-ICE protests stretch into their sixth consecutive day, with escalating violence and chaos disrupting communities across the city. What began as a series of protests against immigration enforcement quickly spiraled into widespread riots, prompting a forceful response from law enforcement and federal agencies.

Amid this turmoil, a dramatic development surfaced when the FBI’s Los Angeles branch announced the arrest of Alejandro Theodoro Orellana, a man charged with conspiracy to commit civil disorders. The arrest is tied directly to the distribution of professional riot gear to violent activists during the protests, raising alarming questions about the organization and outside support fueling the ongoing unrest.

FOX LA’s on-the-ground reporting captured a striking image: a truck unloading thousands of dollars’ worth of professional riot equipment being handed out to protesters. These were not typical homemade or improvised masks but Uvex Bionic Face Shields – industrial-grade protective gear designed for machinists and autobody workers to shield their faces from chemical splashes and flying debris. These face shields provide a significant tactical advantage for rioters, especially against police crowd-control measures such as tear gas and pepper spray.

The presence of such specialized equipment indicates a level of planning and resource mobilization far beyond spontaneous protest action. Journalist Andy Ngo, known for his coverage of extremist groups, reported that far-left extremists had established a website to crowdfund the acquisition of riot gear for activists described as “open border insurrectionists” in Los Angeles. This crowdfunding effort and distribution of professional riot gear underscore the highly organized nature of the violence.
