Despite inflation and geopolitical risks, investment specialists anticipate gains from the U.S. equity market powered by continued interest in artificial intelligence solutions, according to a new survey by Natixis Investment Managers.

It found nine in ten (91 per cent) respondents said AI is the driving market theme of 2026 despite ongoing volatility driven by geopolitical events. A majority (88 per cent) said they anticipate the overall AI sector to continue accelerating and only 12 per cent said they expect effects of a bubble collapse in the remainder of 2026.
