Recently, an intriguing statement emerged from Armenian official circles: Azerbaijan has expressed a potential interest in importing aluminum foil from Armenia. At first glance, the trade of a household staple like foil might seem trivial—a minor footnote in the grand ledger of international commerce. However, in the context of the South Caucasus, this development is a profound symbol of a shifting paradigm.
