Pay for performance
Big-time college football is unsustainable under the current financial model. It starts with the insane contracts offered coaches and then filters down to paying players. Since the players can transfer at any time with no restriction on playing status, coaches can no longer develop a team. They can only recruit a team for one year and then recruit a new team for the next year. Therefore, a coach should only have a two-year contract. If they win, then extend the contract one more year. If they lose, you can fire them with only a one-year financial obligation on the buyout.
This seems reasonable since the SEC has now fired three coaches in midseason with each having huge multi-year contracts. Also, only pay the players on a per-game basis. If they redshirt or transfer, then no payments since there are no players' contracts. This model pays for performance and not for attendance.

Donald Trump's inability to understand the effect of his wanton acts of egotism substituting for common sense and logic is causing irreparable damage to the U.S., both domestically and globally.
If you are not a race-baiting misogynist, a world-class abuser of societal norms, or a compulsive liar, please itemize the reasons you support Trump's concerted efforts to tear down this constitutional republic.
