Delaying of justice

Has our USA become too legalistic? Do we need fewer lawyers and more doers? Every policy, law, hearing, investigation and/or petty slight is a rich target for the politician and the legal profession. Takes years to litigate (justice delayed is justice denied).

Churn and earn, kick the can down the road, is the way to enhance the bottom line or gain a vote and get free air time. The real loser is the taxpayer who ultimately picks up the tab. We pay in lost time, talent, and treasure.

Sad, but we support them.
