If you've read the paper this year, or talked to anybody, or poked your head out the front door, or the back, you may have heard of plans to build a super-sized prison in Franklin County, the largest in the state--if it ever gets built.

The would-be big house has been riddled with problems since the day the state announced plans to build it. The locals didn't know anything of the such was coming, and many don't want the prison at all. And now, we find out there may not be a way to get enough water to the prison from the Fort Smith water system.
