Ottawa, November 2025: Members of the RCMP’s central region – along with members of the New York Police, Ontario Provincial Police and others – make an arrest.

The accused has been allegedly editing, then posting, ISIS propaganda videos, police say.

The accused, they allege, has also been trying to secure property in the Toronto area where ISIS adherents could practice with guns. It was terrorism and it represented a “dangerous threat,” police said.
