In his first term, President Donald J. Trump was responsible for more than 30,500 documented false and misleading statements, many of them outright lies. Now, in his second term, he has put up an online “Hall of Shame” for news reporters and organizations whose journalism doesn’t measure up to his standards of truthfulness. It encourages “nominations” from the public and includes a “media offender of the week.”
