Caitlin Clark of Iowa bombing long-range 3-point shots over Hailey Van Lith of LSU during the NCAA Albany Regional March Madness championship game in 2024 will forever be etched in the minds of those who witnessed the game.
It was April 1, and the rematch of Clark and Angel Reese. The game lived up to hype. The final score was Iowa 94, LSU 87, with Iowa earning a second consecutive trip to the Final Four. Clark led the Hawkeyes with 41 points, and LSU's Reese had 17 points and 20 rebounds.
