Tech commentator Katie Miller shared a screenshot showing the chatbot incorrectly stating that conservative activist Charlie Kirk was still alive, despite his widely reported assassination in September 2025.

The screenshot quickly gained attention on X, where Elon Musk also weighed in on the incident.
