The Russian leader has announced that Russian firms that failed to rebuild their property after Ukrainian drone strikes could have it confiscated.

“Protect it or lose it.” That is the new message that owners of critical infrastructure in Russia are now facing, as Ukraine has ramped up its drone attacks.

On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin decreed that the Kremlin would “temporarily” seize Russian critical infrastructure that was not properly protected or not rebuilt after Ukrainian attacks, Bloomberg first reported.

Kyiv has increased its attacks on Russian oil refineries and retail warehouses among other targets. The new decree applies to all communication, fuel, energy, industrial,........
