Offer your support to others, not judgment
In today’s complex world, it is inevitable that we will all have our ups and downs. It’s a natural occurrence in our human world and in nature in general. We do better in some time periods, and not as well in others.
If you see someone who appears to be down on their luck, it is easy to judge, but not the right thing to do. Try to be supportive and realize that many people have struggles beyond what we know about.
I am not saying we should enable people who are struggling with demons to support their difficulties, but a little support can sometimes help someone to get back to the stable life that they once had.
Try to be a supportive member of our society as opposed to a critic. Offer support to those in need and realize that every little bit of help can make a big difference to someone who is on the downside of their cycle of life. If we all did a little to support and improve the quality of life for others, the world would become a much better place for all of us.
Do not judge a book by its cover. Look inside and try to understand the book first. Lend a hand when you can and support those who are struggling to get back to their positive lifestyle. Spread positive energy and you will not only help others, but also help you to feel better about yourself.

Trump leading an American soap opera
As a kid, my family watched the American soap opera come to life.
Soap operas were designed to sell more soap for Procter & Gamble, therefore the name. As years passed, soap operas ceased to be popular. Today, the soap opera, otherwise........
