Church officials: Walk in pensioners’ shoes

I have to put my two cents in regarding the St. Clare’s fiasco.

Kathryn Barrans, a spokesperson for the Diocese of Albany, states that they are praying for all who are struggling and offers to connect those in need with services that can help.

Then she adds “no one should walk alone.” How gracious and kind. Why don’t you try walking the walk the pensioners have been on for over six years?

Shame on the Catholic Church for always appealing a decision, thereby extending the stress on the pensioners.

Own up to the fact that those handling the retirement accounts screwed up.........
