EDITORIAL: Spa ‘camping’ ban effect comes into focus

Saratoga Springs’ new ban on anyone who sleeps, lies or sits on city property has sure shined the spotlight on a city plagued by lawlessness, overrun with vagrants and teeming with citizens cowered in fear. The next time city cops roll up on an elderly person taking a nap on a bench in Congress Park, we expect they’ll be begging Trump to send in the National Guard.
The absurd overkill of the two-month-old “no camping” ordinance is starting to come into focus.
