Srinagar, Aug 19: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday said that the government is mulling to form a team of experts to identify all vulnerable places across Jammu & Kashmir and also suggest measures to prevent loss of lives in future.

The statement comes days after cloudburst claimed over 60 lives in the Kishtwar district and seven lives in the Kathua district last week.

Speaking with reporters, he said the situation in Kishtwar is known to all and day-by-day, it is becoming impossible to trace the missing........
