When does what is happening in Gaza become too much?
When does it become too much to ignore? When the news is filled with pictures of emaciated and starving babies; gaunt mothers so under-nourished they can no longer breast feed; United Nations aid workers and medics fainting from hunger themselves?
At least 45 people died of hunger in four days last week. That toll will have risen by today. Hundreds have already been killed trying to access aid supplies.
Media organisations that are banned from reporting from inside Gaza are now saying the local journalists they use on the ground are too weak from hunger to file stories.
Israel has already killed 200 Palestinian journalists since the conflict started in October 2023. When is it too much?
