President Trump nominated Emil Bove, a top Justice Department official who previously worked as one of Trump’s criminal defense attorneys, to a federal appeals court on Wednesday.

Trump announced Bove’s nomination to the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a post on Truth Social, calling it a "great honor."

“Emil is SMART, TOUGH, and respected by everyone. He will end the Weaponization of Justice, restore the Rule of Law, and do anything else that is necessary to, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN,” Trump wrote on Truth........
