Most Americans expect higher prices due to President Trump's tariff policies, according to a new poll from The Associated Press-NORC Research Center.

In the survey, 76 percent of respondents said Trump's tariff policies are going to raise the price of consumer goods in the U.S. either “a lot” or “somewhat.” Twelve percent said they believe the tariff policies are not going to change the price of consumer goods, while 11 percent said they are going to drop prices “somewhat” or “a lot.”
