Ocasio-Cortez receives death threats, campaign office vandalized, aide says
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.)'s campaign headquarters in The Bronx was vandalized on Sunday with an anti-Israel message and red paint splashed across a photo of the progressive lawmaker's face, according to her campaign and independent social media posts.
Ocasio-Cortez campaign manager Oliver Hidalgo-Wohlleben said the New York Democrat has also has faced death threats in recent days.
The New York Police Department (NYPD) confirmed to The Hill that officers responded to a 911 call regarding a "criminal mischief incident" at the campaign office early Monday morning.
