Scott Walker on Wisconsin race: Trump voters 'don't vote in spring elections'
Former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) brushed off the results from Tuesday’s state Supreme Court race, saying that Trump voters often “don’t vote in spring elections.”
“I‘ve said this for months. I thought, one, the turnout model was always going to be at the disadvantage of [Brad] Schimel over [Susan] Crawford because there‘s about 200,000 voters that voted for Donald Trump last November who just historically don‘t vote in spring elections,” Walker said on a panel on CNN.
