Georgia’s most populous county will take legal action against the Trump administration over the recent FBI raid looking for data on the 2020 election, County Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. said.

Arrington announced plans for a motion on social media Monday morning after the FBI raid on the Fulton County Election Hub last week.

Arrington said the county attorneys will file a motion in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia to “force the government to return the ballots taken.”
