Just when you thought you’d heard it all, a prospective juror in the case against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs reportedly evaded service due to his drug habit.

The unidentified juror was excused after revealing his smoking addiction on May 6, the second day of jury selection, according to People.

“I smoke marijuana personally for recreational use,” the man told the court during proceedings. He assured the court it wouldn’t make him a biased juror but couldn’t deny that his drug use might impact his judgement.
